AFTERCARE

Aftercare for Grade 1 – 7 learners only

Aftercare will only be on school days. Nie vakansiedae of op die dag wat die skool sluit of gedurende skoolvakansies nie.

Nasorg is vanaf 12h30 tot 16h45.  FRIDAYS TILL 16h00

Learners with outstanding school fees or learners who have applied for subsidy will not be able to attend aftercare.

 

There will be supervision at all times. Die middag sal opgedeel word in huiswerktyd en ontspanningstyd.

Learners must bring casual clothes to change into after school.

Ouers moet toesien dat leerders voldoende kos en koeldrank / water het.

The person on duty will see that the homework is done, between 15:00 and 16:45.

We kindly request to adhere to the scheduled pick-up times – please don’t be late.

 

Pick up :

Please use the small gate at the St. Francis church’s side of the school

   Application forms are available at the office. Only completed forms will be accepted.

Fees per month:

Grade 1 & 2 :  12:30 – 13:50 = R200

Grade 1 & 2 Full Day : 12:30 – 16:45 = R350 (January and December = R160 each month)

Grade 3 : 13:20 – 13:50 = R100

Grade 3 : Full Day : 13:20 – 16:45 = R350  (January and December = R160 each month)

Gr 4 – 7 : 13:50 – 16:45 = R350 (January and December = R160 each month)

Please remember that aftercare closes at 16h00 on FRIDAYS 

 

 Aftercare is payable in  advance. Please keep up to date with payments – learners with outstanding fees will not be allowed.

Last day of aftercare will be on Tuesday 8 December 2026

Let wel / Please note

Enige leerders wat dissipline – of gedragsprobleme veroorsaak, sal nie verder by die nasorg toegelaat word nie. Parents will also forfeit any fees which have been paid.

Fooie sal op die eerste skooldag van die maand betaalbaar wees. Learners will not be allowed to attend aftercare if fees are not paid in full and in advance by the 7th of the month. First payment due on the first day of attendance.

Parents must give written / telephonic permission / notification if a learner will be visiting a friend.

Ouers moet skriftelik of telefonies toestemming gee voordat ‘n leerder saam met ‘n maat mag huis toe gaan.

PLEASE DON’T BE LATE. MOET ASSEBLIEF NIE LAAT WEES NIE.

Kanseleer / Cancelation

Ouers moet die skool dadelik in kennis stel indien u kind nie meer die middagklas gaan bywoon nie. Parents must please inform the school immediately if your child won’t be attending the aftercare anymore and will be liable for the costs incurred.
